How did a Mobile Home become approved by Board Majority in La Cresta?
The LCPOA's conditional approval of a mobile home in La Cresta raises serious concerns for the future values of our communit that violates our governing documents (SEE La Cresta Architectural Committee Guidelines CCCR Page 4; Section 3-C) This ill-fated irresponsible decision has brought about grave legal consequences cited by CC&R violations that is the subject of a current lawsuit against the LCPOA .
