Preserving LC Automony
Preserving La Cresta POA Automony: Upholding the Sanctity of Our Community's Decision-Making Process
Do you think that The LCPOA should share and invite other HOA’s in on the details about our HOA matters including election details, candidate information, Open Session Meeting info, and general business matters?
The Santa Rosa Plateau area, which includes La Cresta, is home to a total of five associations, each with its own distinct characteristics and priorities. In addition to La Cresta POA, the community consists of The Trails at Santa Rosa HOA, Santa Rosa West HOA, The Highlands HOA, Meadow Oaks HOA, and Tenaja CSD. If you attend our monthly POA meetings, you will notice that some attendees are members of neighboring HOAs.
It is with a profound sense of concern that we address the external influences and disruptive behavior that have marred our meetings and decision-making processes. Especially the Horse Trail issues. La Cresta's commitment to preserving its integrity should not be interpreted as a rejection of our neighboring communities. Rather, it is a fervent desire to protect our community's interests and ensure that all members of our Board of Directors are treated with respect and fairness.
As we navigate these challenges, let us re-affirm our commitment to open dialogue and constructive collaboration with our neighbors. By doing so, we can work towards resolutions that promote harmony and unity while upholding La Cresta's cherished autonomy.
Our commitment to preserving the integrity of La Cresta's decision-making process does not imply any disrespect or disregard for the surrounding communities. Rather, it is a testament to our dedication to ensuring that the best interests of La Cresta residents are at the forefront of our decisions.
As we move forward, let us continue to cherish the uniqueness of our community while maintaining open lines of communication with our neighbors. By doing so, we can foster a spirit of cooperation and collaboration, all while preserving the autonomy that allows La Cresta POA to flourish as a vibrant and self-sustaining community.
