Hello Fellow La Crestans
I'm seeking your vote for re-election to the LCPOA Board. My decision to serve the membership stems from several concerns outlined below that I believe affect you greatly.

Financial Management of your money. I disagree with the current wasteful expenditures and the Board majority opinion that we need to raise our dues.On the contrary, we have too much money and should not be raising or collecting any dues this year. I have proposed two years in a row to return your annual dues and have been faced with resistance. With your support, [pledge not to collect next years' dues.

2) Transparency and Equal Treatment, I believe in "Service Above Self" and not Self Service for personal or political gain. Members should be aware of major policy and rule changes in our community so they could voice their opinions.1 pledge to change this.

3) Cul de sacs. Most of you are excluded from receiving services (Road maintenance) yet pay the same $175.00/acre/year dues, WHY? pledge to change this inequity.

During the June and July 2022 Open Session Meetings it was discussed that the LCPOA has over $3,400,000.00 Million-Dollars-Cash in the bank, although I pointed-out that the 2023 approved Annual Budget is $1,025.148.00 Million Dollars. T
